- Explain all of the jargon and procedural aspects of making a claim,
- Complete virtually all the necessary paper work on your behalf,
- Liaise with all the various professionals appointed by your insurer,
- Take your instructions to negotiate a final settlement of your claim direct with your insurer,
- Liaise directly with the contractor you have chosen to carry out the repairs.
We will also provide you with independent legal representation:
- Borlase & Company, Solicitors, will act independently on your behalf to assist with the smooth progression of your claim from start to finish.
- We are happy to confirm that we comply with the Solicitors Introduction and Referral Code published by the Law Society, and by referring you to Borlase & Company you will receive impartial and confidential advice from independent professionals. You are free to choose another solicitor if you wish.
